1. Acceptance
By creating a Pukena account or requesting a professional through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Pukena Concierge provides managed workforce solutions for homes, businesses and remote teams. We recruit, verify and facilitate placements with independent professionals or direct hires depending on your contract type. Professionals are not employees of Pukena unless your agreement states otherwise. The working arrangement is between you and the professional under the terms of your placement.
3. Payments
Recruitment processing fees and placement-related amounts are processed securely. Cancellation policies are communicated before you commit. Ongoing salaries are between you and your worker unless you choose a management arrangement where stated.
4. Conduct
You agree to treat professionals with dignity and to provide a safe working environment. Discrimination, harassment or abuse will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Liability
Pukena's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific recruitment or placement service giving rise to a claim. We do not warrant the outcome of any individual placement beyond the replacement guarantee outlined in our FAQ.
