It covers the services included in the selected package, which may include candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, verification, documentation, deployment support and post-placement assistance.
Is the employee’s salary included?
No. The employee’s salary is separate and is agreed based on the role, work schedule, location, responsibilities and candidate experience.
What is the difference between Management and Direct Contract?
Under a Management Contract, Pukena remains involved in managing the employment relationship according to the contract terms. Under a Direct Contract, the client manages the employee directly after recruitment and deployment.
Which package should I choose?
Essential is suitable for straightforward staffing needs, with a minimum turnaround of 10 working days. Professional provides enhanced verification, priority sourcing and stronger support. Executive Concierge offers dedicated white-glove recruitment for premium, sensitive or complex requirements.
How fast will I receive candidates?
Essential has a minimum turnaround of 10 Lagos working days, subject to role and candidate availability. Add Express Recruitment (₦25,000) for a 3–5 working-day target — still subject to availability, not a guaranteed placement date. Professional and Executive Concierge receive priority handling and are typically faster than Essential’s standard window.
Can I add extra verification services?
Yes. Optional add-ons can be selected during the request process, including Express Recruitment for a faster turnaround target.
Does paying guarantee an immediate placement?
No. Paying confirms your request and unlocks recruitment according to your package. Candidate availability depends on the role, salary, location, schedule, requirements and labour-market conditions. Turnaround windows are targets — not a guarantee that a hire will be completed within that period.
