Referral rewards apply to eligible Pukena Concierge roles across household, corporate, remote, digital and executive categories. Most processing-fee roles pay ₦20,000 when the employer pays the upfront fee (₦60,000 management / ₦80,000 direct). Selected contingency roles pay ₦10,000–₦12,000 when the placement fee is collected. Senior premium roles (estate manager, PA, butler, etc.) do not qualify. Exact amounts follow the live role catalogue.
