Referral rewards apply only when the employer pays an upfront processing fee (₦60,000 management or ₦80,000 direct per placement). Contingency and premium placement roles are not eligible.

₦20,000 when your lead registers, books, and pays the processing fee in full (₦60k management / ₦80k direct). Repeat bookings from the same client count too. Contingency roles do not qualify.

₦10,000 per driver, nanny, housekeeper, chef, security, caregiver, gardener, or steward who completes onboarding, verification, placement, and 14 active days. Contingency roles (e.g. estate manager, PA) are not eligible.
