What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, build a profile, submit a hire request or message our team. This includes your name, contact details, address and any documents or photos you upload.
How we use it
Your information powers your account, helps us match you with relevant professionals, and lets us deliver recruitment and managed placements reliably. We never sell personal data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our public website to understand aggregate traffic and measure advertising performance. This includes pages visited, device type, and referral source. Analytics data is not sold and is not used to identify you personally. You can limit tracking with browser settings or ad blockers.
Sharing
Placement details are shared only with professionals you approve and with Pukena staff coordinating your request. Aggregate, anonymised data may be used to improve the service.
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile at any time from Account settings. Contact info@pukena.ng to request data export or full deletion.
