Can I review or interview a driver?

What is the difference between Managed Service and Direct Hire?
Under a management contract, Pukena remains involved in the workforce relationship under the applicable policy. Under a direct contract, Pukena recruits and places the professional and you manage the relationship directly under the agreed terms.
What happens if the arrangement does not work out?
Pukena provides the applicable support and replacement path under the selected package and current replacement policy. Your concierge will explain any entitlement or additional charge before action is taken.
