Traditional responsibilities

The core of the job — how this role shows up in a staffing or household ops team, with or without software.

• •Screen CVs, IDs, and certificates; call or WhatsApp guarantors and prior employers
• •Apply role-specific checks (e.g. Spy Police academy cert, police ID, escort clearance)
• •Reject or request re-uploads with clear, respectful reasons
• •Spot fraud patterns — recycled guarantors, inconsistent stories, forged docs
• •Keep a written verification checklist current as roles expand

• •Approve or reject PukenaPro applications with recorded reasons
• •Complete Onboard intake for field-recruited candidates
• •Align Training / Academy requirements with verification standards

What we're looking for

• •2+ years in HR screening, compliance, KYC, or agency vetting
• •Comfortable saying no and documenting why
• •Strong attention to document detail and consistency
• •Professional phone manner for guarantor calls
• •Based in Lagos

Nice to have

• •Experience verifying drivers or security personnel
• •Basic understanding of Nigerian ID documents
