About the role
- •You are the trust layer of Pukena. Nothing reaches a client shortlist without your sign-off.
- •You own the PukenaPro review drawer, Onboard intake, and Training alignment.
What you'll do
- •Approve or reject staff with clear reasons; request document re-uploads
- •Conduct guarantor reference calls and flag fraud patterns
- •Apply Spy Police checklist (academy cert, police ID, escort clearance)
- •Support admin Onboard intake for field-recruited candidates
- •Keep Training content aligned with verification standards
What we're looking for
- •2+ years in HR screening, compliance, KYC, or agency vetting
- •Comfortable saying no and documenting why
- •Strong attention to document detail and consistency
- •Professional phone manner for guarantor calls
- •Based in Lagos
Nice to have
- •Experience verifying drivers or security personnel
- •Basic understanding of Nigerian ID documents
