About the role

• •Classic field recruiter for domestic and driver talent — you fill the funnel; Verification decides who gets through.
• •Priority once Ops is staffing and supply is the bottleneck.

Traditional responsibilities

The core of the job — how this role shows up in a staffing or household ops team, with or without software.

• •Source candidates via field visits, WhatsApp networks, driving schools, and community referrers
• •Brief candidates honestly on Pukena standards, pay norms, and verification requirements
• •Coach incomplete applications until documents and training are ready for review
• •Build and manage a referrer network with clear weekly targets
• •Report funnel health: new leads, submitted for verify, verified, placeable

You will also run these workflows in the admin console — tools that support the work above, not the whole job description.

• •Track staff and marketplace leads in Referrals
• •View PukenaPro pipeline (no final approve/reject)
• •Nudge Onboard and Training completion for stuck candidates

What we're looking for

• •2+ years in recruitment, field sales, or agency talent sourcing
• •Comfortable working outside an office; credible with drivers and domestic staff
• •Self-starter with measurable weekly targets
• •Honest communication — no fake profiles or shortcut verification
• •Based in Lagos

Nice to have

• •Existing network in Lekki, VI, Ikoyi staffing circles
• •Experience with QR/referral marketing
