About the role
- •Supply is our bottleneck. You recruit drivers, nannies, housekeepers, and chefs into verified onboarding.
- •You do not final-verify — Verification owns approve/reject — but you unblock candidates stuck in onboarding.
What you'll do
- •Run field and WhatsApp campaigns; distribute recruitment flyers and referrer links
- •Track staff referrers and leads in the Referrals tab
- •Nudge candidates through onboarding and Academy training
- •Partner with driving schools and community referrers for Spy Police pipeline
- •Report weekly: submissions for review, verified count, funnel drop-offs
What we're looking for
- •2+ years in recruitment, field sales, or agency talent sourcing
- •Comfortable working outside an office; credible with drivers and domestic staff
- •Self-starter with measurable weekly targets
- •Honest communication — no fake profiles or shortcut verification
- •Based in Lagos
Nice to have
- •Existing network in Lekki, VI, Ikoyi staffing circles
- •Experience with QR/referral marketing
Admin console ownership
