About the role

  • Pukena now runs in-app management invoicing (salary, overtime, travel, extra days) with admin review before clients see anything.
  • You are the owner of the Operations, Attendance, and Earnings tabs for active managed engagements.
  • This role replaces ad-hoc Zoho invoicing and scattered WhatsApp overtime threads.

What you'll do

  • Review draft payroll invoices each month — recalculate from attendance, approve & send to clients
  • Monitor staff clock-out, overtime, out-of-Lagos travel, and extra-day reports
  • Run replacement cases, staff conversions, and salary review workflows
  • Partner with Finance on paid / disbursed flags and earnings reconciliation
  • Document SOPs for mid-month starters, live-in staff (no OT), and client non-confirmation

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in agency payroll, household HR, or managed staffing operations
  • Strong numeracy — comfortable with line-item invoices and pro-rata salary
  • Patient follow-up with drivers, clients, and admin on attendance disputes
  • Integrity — never issue an invoice you have not reviewed
  • Based in Lagos

Nice to have

  • Experience with monthly driver overtime in Lagos households
  • Familiarity with Paystack payroll or wallet flows
  • Prior use of attendance or timesheet tools
