About the role
- •This is our first concierge ops hire and the most critical role after the founder.
- •Think of a senior domestic-agency desk: you own the pipeline and the phone until the staff member starts.
- •Managed Services takes over payroll and attendance after go-live — you hand off a clean placement.
Traditional responsibilities
The core of the job — how this role shows up in a staffing or household ops team, with or without software.
- •Qualify employer briefs (role, budget, area, live-in/out) and set clear timelines
- •Source and present candidate shortlists; schedule interviews and reference checks
- •Negotiate start dates, handovers, and contingency terms with employers and staff
- •Own complaint first response — calm the room, document facts, escalate when needed
- •Hold a weekly ops stand-up: open requests, stuck interviews, pending resumptions

- •Confirm processing fees and advance bookings through shortlist → accept → placement
- •Build shortlists from verified PukenaPro profiles in For bookings
- •Record resumptions in Placements and keep Lifecycle status current
- •Log complaints and resolution notes in Complaints

What we're looking for
- •3+ years in operations, concierge, or agency placement (domestic staffing strongly preferred)
- •Excellent phone and WhatsApp communication with executives and staff
- •Comfortable living in a web admin console daily
- •Calm under pressure; can prioritize without dropping follow-ups
- •Based in Lagos or willing to relocate
Nice to have
- •Experience with Paystack or similar payment flows
- •Familiarity with driver/nanny/housekeeper recruitment
- •Prior use of CRM or ticketing tools
