About the role
- •Part-time bookkeeping / ops-finance seat — starts light, grows with volume.
- •Hire when weekly reconciliations outgrow the founder.
Traditional responsibilities
The core of the job — how this role shows up in a staffing or household ops team, with or without software.
- •Match deposits and payouts to bookings, placement fees, and payroll runs
- •Process referrer commissions only with complete documentation
- •Administer staff advances (IOU) within approved policies
- •Prepare a simple monthly P&L for founder and external accountant
- •Flag anomalies early — missing remittances, duplicate payouts, wallet drift

- •Administer IOU and Circle credit ledgers
- •Process Referrals withdrawals with approval trails
- •Support Earnings and Operations paid / disbursed flags

What we're looking for
- •3+ years in finance, bookkeeping, or ops finance (startup or agency OK)
- •Strong reconciliation discipline; comfortable with spreadsheets
- •Integrity — no payouts without documentation
- •Can work independently 2–3 days per week
Nice to have
- •Paystack or Flutterwave reconciliation experience
- •Familiarity with Nigerian small-business tax basics
