About the role

  • Part-time to start (60–90 days), expanding to 0.5 FTE as volume grows.
  • You keep money movement auditable across Paystack, referrals, and staff IOU.

What you'll do

  • Reconcile Paystack deposits to bookings and fees
  • Process referrer commissions and withdrawal requests with approval trails
  • Administer IOU and Staff circle tabs within tier policies
  • Support payroll-adjacent fields on placement confirmation
  • Prepare simple monthly P&L for founder and external accountant

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in finance, bookkeeping, or ops finance (startup or agency OK)
  • Strong reconciliation discipline; comfortable with spreadsheets
  • Integrity — no payouts without documentation
  • Can work independently 2–3 days per week

Nice to have

  • Paystack or Flutterwave reconciliation experience
  • Familiarity with Nigerian small-business tax basics
