About the role

  • You are the human face of Pukena for households and companies hiring through us.
  • You partner with Ops on console actions but own employer communication and satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new employers; explain processing fees, contract types, and timelines
  • Follow up when shortlists are sent; nudge dashboard actions
  • Handle employer-side complaints with Ops; manage replacement expectations
  • Maintain key client notes in the Clients tab; sync to marketing tools when appropriate
  • Support client referral leads from the Referrals tab

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in client success, account management, or luxury service
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Empathy without over-promising; can explain fees with confidence
  • Organized follow-up habit (CRM, spreadsheet, or similar)
  • Based in Lagos

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-net-worth or executive clients
  • Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar email tools

Admin console ownership

Day-to-day, you'll live in the Pukena admin console. These are the tabs this role owns or supports:
